Rodney “Rhoda” Taylor
Rodney joined the original writing group in the winter of 2010 and had his first two short plays featured in the groups second production, EOS 2, The Secret Lives of San Francisco. After the success of that first show, he then went on to become the producer and artistic director of the writing group. Under his guidance, GuyWriters Theatre Company produced three successful shows: Eat our Shorts 2: The Secret Lives of San Francisco, EOS 3: Large Unit Available. In this show, he made his acting debut, and continued acting in the following shows, Eat our Shorts 4: Love and other Disasters and Family Programming. In his spare time, he is writing a book and is the Director of the Endeavor Foundation for the Arts, a foundation that provides scholarships for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals and grants to LGBT artists.
