Hello! Thanks for your interest in joining the LCTC family. As a small (but growing) company, we are always on the lookout for people who are as excited about bringing original LGBTQ theater to the Bay Area and want to contribute their skills to help make it happen.
You don’t have to be an actor or have a fat wallet to contribute. Sure, we need actors and playwrights and money, but there’s so much more that goes into putting on a show.

Work for Us
Putting on shows takes a lot of work behind the scenes as well as onstage. We need dedicated people to work backstage as well as in areas like marketing, social media and finance. Check out our Jobs page to see where your skills fit best.

Part of our Mission is to help playwrights – newbies and not-so-newbies - develop their talents and create new scripts. Our workshops are dedicated to providing a supportive but honest environment for playwrights to share their work, get constructive input, rewrite and do it again. Find out more here:
