Neil Higgins, Artistic Director, LCTC

Neil is a California native who graduated from San Francisco State University with B.A.’s in Theatre and English Literature. He has also undergone various theatre training at The University of Hull, UK; The Hull Truk Theatre, UK; and The Globe Theatre, UK. He has written, acted, directed, and produced with several Bay Area theatre companies in the decade and a half that he has lived in SF.
